I don't have any, well, I do, but they're also antpsychotics and they've lost their sleep effect on me.

It's a roll trick. there're several.
1. Vicks vapo rub- spread it on a paper towel and just inhale it.
2. vicks nasal inhaler- similarly, inhale.
100x better than that: have someone blow the inhaler into your face and eyes like a straw. It's heavenly.
It hurts if you do it when not rolling, but the sensory overload you get from it when ur rolling is fabulous.
3 Speaker hugging: Turn up some heavy bass music and just hold the speakers. The bigger the speaker the better.
