so already both the xbox360 and the PS3 and PC's do 4D..Time 3D simulated in real time is what makes 4D

many people missed that they always seem to overlook that as some stupid statement by Sony or other tech companies that said 4D , what it boils down too 4D is just

3D Time generating 3D render on the fly in real time = 4D

it's a way to simulate Time in a 3D render because you need to be able to see that Time passes for the 3D render as it does you.

so you don't understand that while providing consumers with the 3D technology that is the most feasible solution to be put in their hands at this very moment, Sony still want to develop better and improve existing products for future use? you can't provide tech and continue with R&D? i am baffled that your understanding is so limited, and if you can't understand simple stuff like this, i feel very sorry for you.

Sony never said 3D glasses were their method of choice for all eternity, just right now, this is what works best for a fair price and that ppl shouldn't bash it. because it is one step further in the 3D tech stage and can possibly help 3D adaption at a steady pace. why should someone providing glassesless 3D tech showing on a small screen bash someone providing a tech which uses glasses meant for big screen TVs. that's like Sony mocking 3DS for not having HD graphics because PS3 can do it, they're not comparable on any level.

I bet the 3D experience provided by Sony and their glasses blows that little 3DS experience out of the water, just because the glasses actually have their purpose, for now, for 3D tech in 2010. Maybe not for 3D in 2015, but in 2010, glasses makes a difference in 3D for big screens, in both price and quality.

Toshiba is also known for HD DVD. I think this glesses free 3d tv will be another fiasco. way too early and agianst everyone as in the hd format war.
