Not a bad list. And to be honest sequels are easy money and guaranteed cash cows except for lost planet 2

MDK 2 is a terrible sequel to the original MDK.
The original was badass. MDK 2 is cartoony.
The level design was much better in the original.
Dr Hawkins has the worst gameplay ever. :/

It just proves that Interplay's in-house studios were immensley superior to the developers who made their sequels.
Wild Guns on the SNES kicked so much ass.
Hagane was also very good.
Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow was also great, but I've no idea how successful it was.

LOL, glad I'm not the only one who also thought it was plain cheesy.

Thanks for the update but since I never played the original I really enjoyed the second game especially the dreamcast version
