Some of them are just guesses, like with the Atari, NES, and SNES games.  I am just remembering how much I did play those games when I was a kid and I'm pretty sure I played them for well over 100 hours.

*Not combined but over 100 hours for each platform

A lot actually:

- Dragon Quest IX (I'm currently at 115 hours and I've yet to finish the game, much less complete all the bestiary, alchenomicon and quests).

- FFXIII (Got my Platinum at the 120 hour mark)

- Demon's Souls (I'm over 200 hours, with a Soul Level 320 character)

- Dragon Age (Over 200 hours as well, with six different characters completed)

- Every PES since PES 1 (At least 500 hours, since I almost always play over 1 hour per day)

- Oblivion (Almost 150 hours in vanilla experience, over 300 hours in OOO mod)

- Morrowind (Over 200 hours)

- FFXII (Completed the game 100% at the 140 hour mark)

- Final Fantasy Dissidia (I'm currently at the 200 hour mark, having almost all characters at level 100 and ultimate weapons for all)

- Every single Pokemon game (SoulSilver alone is curently at over 200 hours)

- FFX (Had a 300 hour save file, when I finally defeated Penance and Nemesis)

- Diablo II (Easily over 1000 hours, heck I still play it to this day)

- Dragon Quest Monsters and Dragon Quest Monsters 2: Cobi's Adventure (I'm over 300 hours in each, getting a full Goldslime team takes a while )

- Azure Dreams for GBC (A bit over 100 hours)

- Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Getting a perfect file had me at almost 150 hours)

- Megaman Starforce 3: Black Ace (Mainly getting a perfect folder got me over 100 hours)

- Age of Empires 1 and 2 (Online with both games had me over 100 hours)

- Gran Turismo 4 (Getting 100% took me almost 2 years and 1000 hours)

- Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec (A bit over 100 hours)

- Star Ocean 3: Till The End of Time (Almost 200 hours to complete everything)

- 4D Stunts racing (A 1990 game that I still play frequently today...I can't fathom the amount of hours I've had in that game xD)

- Quake 3 Arena (Had so many hours in it, I could almost Rail Snipe with my eyes closed)

Edit: How could I forget these games >_>

- Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals (At least over 100 hours, most of them spent in the Ancient Caves XD)

- Parasite Eve 1 (Doing Ex Mode until you get that perfect weapon with all the trading cards from the chrysler building takes a loooooooooot of time. Also, collecting 300 pieces of Junk from crows as well. Easily over 100 hours).

- Parasite Eve 2 (Completing all modes and getting all rankings from F to S took me over 100 hours as well)

- Vagrant Story (Farming for gear and weapon&gear building for Asura in Iron Maiden B2 in New Game Plus took me also over 100 hours).
Probably there's a couple more games that I can't remember right now.
