ive done this lot of times since i have 2 psps in my house, but if your trying to put the game on a friends psp you have to activate the psp on ur ps3 then you can copy the game to the psp but then the games on his psp wont work until he re-activates the psp on his ps3.. ive copy and deleted MGS loads of times so you should be fine
