Then what the hell happend to Grayson and how is capelli going to get from New mexico to new york without his treatment (based of the trailer of him on the train). He and Hale crashed in NM at the end...I hate holes in stories.

Well, we don't know much about Resistance 3 right now. I think as we get new information we will understand what happened.
