Prologue is at 5 million with downloads included. I see no reason why the full game will sell less than that. 8 million should be pretty much guaranteed at this point, and 10 million is possible. 15 million won't happen without massive bundling, however, not that GT3 did so without massive bundling itself. Also, Prologue has covered the game's development costs already, so there's no way it can be a financial disappointment.
