Sony bought the rights to SONY BMG back in 2008..... they can sell music anytime they like.... my guess is that there is a problem that they are seeing a potential problem with this, and it could be from anything having to do with potential for piracy (arrr)  or payment payment to the stakeholders besides the artists, perhaps the distributors or other parties have a legal stake and would b!tch about not being paid.   

If there weren't issues, sony would have done this already.

umm well I did say that i wan't sure why there were two lists so i posted them both...some artists aren't on both.

It's region blocked.

I've tried. Anyway my PS3 is from Hong Kong, my ISP is from Brazil and my Acc is from UK. I hope that sony don't make region blocked games or services like psn region blocked on the future.
