Aren't original PS3 games there like 500 bucks? So this will sell like 10 copies total?

Original games here costs R$199 (about $110) on launch... legal terms and not imported... by Sony Brazil. Old games is more cheaper... Killzone 2 costs R$119 (about $60).

That's a shitload of money, to be honest, they shouldn't bother releasing games there if they're gonna release it at those prices.

Good for the fans in Brazil :)

and i commend the op for the translation. Brazil will be getting the best FPS this gen

Yes it's amazing how interest in something can go up when it's in your own language. If they started releasing games here in South Africa that supported Afrikaans, people would go mad for it. When word got around that some of the mercs in Far Cry 2 just said a few Afrikaans phrases, people here starting going nuts for the game.

It ill be only subtitle i think. My Kz2 already have subtitles in portuguese PT. The write of PT and BR is almost the same. What changes the most is in the speak.

Believe me, I undestand more spanish than portugal's portuguese.

good for brazil, i hope that gaming outisde of us/canada/korea/japan/europe becomes better, the games in my country are from 70 to 100 dollars, a ps3 is at 550 a wii at 350 and an x360 at 460, also i still cant find starcraft2, and games never come on launch, other then a small number of small shops who smuggle games inside the country and sell them for 70 the big stores get games 4-5 months after launch, last christmas the majority of november-october came after christmas!

Being in 3rd place never felt so good

Não sendo brasileiro, mas falando portugues na mesma, congratulo os jogadores brasileiros por esta conquista

Great news for Brazilian gamers and the market expansion that brazil has had as of late.
