I think you'll find John Holmes is the fucking man and Johnny Cash is the singing man. It's an easy mistake to make.

But Dom didn't have a beard in the first game.

These guys did a fantastic job. Even with the Reach hype metre. Gears 3 is standing well on it's own hype.

its edited, Dom here is from the third game but everyone else is from the first, its very well edited and mixed between all three games.

Its going to  make me drag out Gears of War 2 and play it doh!!!

 

I love this trailer, official or not it gave me goosebumps.  I can only hope we see a real version with this song! ( The Johny Cash version too damn it! )  It could be fantastic, with the flare they put into all of the other commercials, it would certainly help sell a lot of Gears 3 games.

Lol, yeah I guess, I was always partial to Peter North though. I'm sure ol' Johnny (Cash) got his share too.



I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of strategy they were using (Let's run out there and kill ourselves?), but the mood was perfect.  It fits in with the other commercials like a metal gear.  I loved it.  Good job to the guys that made it.  They've got some talent.

It was a last stand!  More along the lines of I know I am going out, but I'm taking a few of them with me.
