Well Insomniac have been hinting at a PAX 2010 reveal for there next game and that takes place in early september so its not Resistance 3 and Insomniacs not a first party dev either and it says an SCEA game so. Also I don't think Sonys interested in bringing back Syphon filter. I don't think the games on the PSP have sold well enough. If there anouncing a game and its a sequel then its the rumoured Starhawk.
