Gotta agree with this for best. Neutral or Renegade Shepard is such an asshole, and it's in such a great way.

Worst? Let me think of who I hate in video games. I can't think of many. I guess Maximilian from Valkyria Chronicles is pretty terrible, and he is definitely a big jerk.
