Halo: Reach is due for a massive announcement in London this Thursday if a recent Bungie email is to be believed.

Some form of announcement will be made by Bungie at the Churchill War Rooms in London this Thursday involving England captain Rio Ferdinand and The Gadget Show's Jason Bradbury.

The email reads, "England Football Captain Rio Ferdinand and The Gadget Show’s Jason Bradbury would like you to join them for a very special announcement this Thursday for the launch of highly anticipated entertainment blockbuster, Halo: Reach."

We're not sure what this could mean exactly but we're hoping it has something to do with recent rumours that Master Chief is to make an appearance in the campaign.

MS really are going all out with this one. Still a good couple of months away and the advertising bomb has not even started yet. Sales are going to be mental!

I wonder if they would announce Master Chief at an event like this though. Maybe there will be some kind of add-on/expansion for Reach that is about master chief. Guess we will find out soon enough!

Halo:CE remastered

No please, save that for the 360's successor. Rather some announcement about in-game content, like Halo Wars Vehicles, a new Covenant species or a cliffhanger to do with the storyline.

I have no idea what this could be.  They would definitely not spoil a Master Chief surprise.  Probably revealing a couple new maps.

Actually I think this could be the 10 min short film thingy they were working on, with a shortened 2 min version fo TV.

Perhaps they will announce a new Live Action trailer
