I'm trying to find  site that offers music downloads, and I've been trying to weigh pros and cons of each site I find, but I can't find one that seems to work for me.

There are a few conditions I want to meet:

1. Must be legal

2. Not a pay-per-song

3. Reasonable price

 

iTunes store isn't working out anymore, so I was hoping the more worldly VGChartz members had some great music download sites they knew that at least came close to these conditions.

just use torrentz and don't seed. Unless it's different in the USA, the act of downloaded music is not illegal. It's the act of providing music to others that is. So as long as you don't seed, you're good.

That's probably going to change shortly here in Canada :P
