I did see a Master Chief picture on the previous Bungie Weekly Update. It seems that you'll be able to make your character have Master Chief's voice. Bungie probably is referring to little things like that, some videos, voices, armor parts, tags, little references here and there of Master Chief but I wouldn't get my hopes up for anything big.
