Lol those charts are borderline illegal as misinformation.

You can't defend them

Yes you can, see the little * at the bottom

Lol, that text is nowhere near adequate, miles away from being so.

For example 'Total Costs' are not correct total costs. The PS3 model is not from the date specified and as of now, it states that 'Full Body Play' is available without a game, along with implying that Navigation controllers and Balance boards are needed.

I'm not defending Sony's chart either btw lol, it was awful as well. I just see a lot of these cases in Business class - in newspapers ads etc, for example a while ago Volkswagon got sued for unfair comparison.

I was really hoping for a sub  $75-99 price. $149 does seem overpriced to me, so I might wait to get it but I really want it so i'll see. Here's hoping for an early pricedrop. On the other hand the bundle price is just right for me. Do they have an elite kinect bundle yet?

If MS put those charts at retail, and there wasn't significant small text explaining un-needed additions to go with them, they could quite easily get sued by either Sony or Nintendo.

why.. sony didnt get sued for the same bullshit.

they should all just grow up and stop with the comparisons..

Sony didn't put theirs at retail, and was a lot more informative, and didn't make false claims.

Agreed with second line, I think they it's just the two playing around with each other.

I'm not saying Microsoft's chart is any better, but the ones Sony released were terrible, uninformative, and reeeeeeally skewed the truth.

Yea, I know.

But from a legal point of view it was still more correct.

Both suck really, and I'd imagine you wouldn't get away with any of them at retail.

Even just saying [i[from a legal point of view when referencing those charts is ridiculous and isn't even worth mentioning.

Not really a big surprise on the pricing for Kinect or the system bundle.  It's nice to see they included Kinect Adventures as the pack in game.  I was waiting for the infamous Ball demo to be the included game.  The $299 Arcade bundle will do very well this holiday.

First party game pricing is also what I expected. It's right in line with Wii game pricing.  As far as the European pricing, aren't systems and games normally more expensive over there?

The $199 Arcade does seem appealing with the 4 GB of storage.

Have they said whether any of the Kinect titles support online play?

I know they said that Kinect Adventures has XBL co-op, and that's all I know so far.

Is the 300 Kinect bundle confirmed? Or a Rumor? Thought i'd get the 360S next week, but its not like i need it straight away, and if the Kinect bundle can give me a $150 device for $1 i might aswell wait until November.
