People can try and spin this all they want...but that $299 bundle is gonna be huge this holiday.

So $299 will either buy an Xbox 360 with Kinect, or an Xbox 360 with 250GB.

I presume this means MS will be selling 250GB Xbox HDD cartridges for $150? $130?

Has to be $150 unless MS is also selling a 250GB/Kinect bundle for $399.

Speaking of which.. the 360S with 4 games bundled (Halo Wars, ODST, Forza 3, Fable 2) at Game, over here is converted to £258. While the PS3S (250gb) GOW3 bundle is converted to £344. Thats basicly £100 more with three games less.

Standalone consoles are:
PS3S £285 ( £36 more than UK price )
360S £214 ( £15 more than UK price )
But they have Kinect converted to £130, same as in UK.

This will sell well, even at this price point.  Why?  A lot of fatties will pay $300 easy for things that make moving around fun - Dance Central fitness will capture that market.  Sure, most of them will stop playing after a month, but it's the same way with gym memberships, fitness videos, equipment, etc.  Fatties will justify $300 easy cause it means they are "serious."  And the fatter they are, the more they will pay.

The only countries which have fatter populations than the United States are too poor to afford it! So I can see it doing really well in the U.S.A.

sooo £129 and a game is lets just say £39:99 thats £170  to play, thats a bloody rip off ..........

I'm glad i already have my camera for my ps3 all i have to buy is the two parts, if mates want to come round and play they can bring their like they do with their dual shocks for COD seshs's

kinect doesnt really have a line up of games let alone a good enought line up to make to go spend £170 ,ill go with the option that's cheaper for me, and actually has non childish games ......bring me socom
