Go with the smaller providers.

Tekksavy for example uses the exact same lines as bell and has the same set up interface. Their limit is 29.99 for 200 gigs or 34.99 for unlimited.

Teksavvy isn't available in all areas...

I have unlimited as well, though my speeds are kinda slow 1.5 megs down by 800k up..  (wireless - think satellite internet without the satellite)
