Workers rights and conditions they have fought for will be over turn and laws will be made to stop them from protesting by governments. Return to serfdom and Feudalism under the New World Order imposed by neo-liberalism.
Many years ago our ancestors lived in a feudal system lorded over by a few who called themselves kings, queens, dukes, earls, etc.
At some point the citizens of many countries decided that this was rather unfair to themselves and via different mechanisms established a fairer form of governance that allowed themselves more control over their lives. The lords never really were happy about this is my guess. Understandably too from their perspective.
What I now need is someone to describe to me how the current form of democracy/capitalism that exists in Australia (and probably the world) really differs from that same form of feudalism that was rejected so many years ago.
We have a group that don't call themselves by the same names anymore but do the same. Now they are called directors, presidents, prime ministers, executives, CEOs, etc. They run government and business in essentially a feudal system. A business especially is feudal system.
Those that are in those privileged positions are there for life, as is normal for a feudal system. What is it about a Packer son that allows him to best manage a business? A son taking over the running of a business is essentially a feudalistic system, apparently he was born to it? George W Bush, did he work to get to his position or was he born to it?
The feudal lords looked after their own. Unless one did something entirely reprehensible they retained their ranking and were reprimanded, if they did do something completely reprehensible they were thrown to the wolves. The current feudal lords do the same. Look at which of them have been thrown to the wolves, the only ones I can think of are those that turned on their own. Ripping off the masses, now that's fine.
Just remember this the next time you get your one day in about a thousand of democracy. Choose wisely, very, very wisely. We're more feudal now than we were a decade ago.
