I work with a lovely muslim girl, she wears a burque but not over her face, just her head? Is that the same thing?

If so can't the law just be adjusted to not having it cover your face, but over your head ect is fine? Seems like it would solve a few problems ...

Thats just a headscarf and something the average granny would suit. That isn't what would be banned. Burka specifically covers the entire person witht eh eyes being the exception.

The differences are, this conceals a persons identity, headscarfs don't.

Religious intolerence? The Quran says at no point that women should wear these. Infact, as I stated a link previously some Muslim countries have already banned the Burka. It is a safety issue and the 1,900 (estimated) women in France who wear these could soon be deemed to be violating French law.

DO EVERYTHING YOU WANT AT HOME

if you go nude on street : BAN

if you go full covered on street : BAN

and before you open you mouth by claiming french is targetting Islam, let's just improve your knowledge a little :

- time needed to create a law to "control" burka : 1 years of shitty talk all over the media (ALL OVER THE MEDIA)

==> remember : 3k people have burqa and muslim are about 10M in France (rought estimate)

- time needed to "interdict" meeting of people eating vine and sauccisse (pig) in public via "facebook meeting" : 1 month

==> remember : vine/saucisse consumer are about 40M in France and IT IS NOT A CRIME TO EAT PIG and VINE

- time needed to stop people praying in some paris' street on friday (note that this is ALREADY not allowed in the law to make religious meeting in the street in france) : unknow

SERIOUSLY, it is time to kick some ass before it become too late.
REAL good muslim need our protection against the asshole that are trying to control their communauty.

The classic "head clothe" (even the "heavy"one) is not targetted.

you can still wear everything you want at home but no burqa/niqab on street or in public place.

Racial intolerance is accepted in parts of Western civilised Europe. Spain, France and other western countries are now banning the burqa. Freedom of speech and democracy is used to justify racism towards minority groups by the majority. 

5 million Muslims are outraged by the decision. Only 2000 Muslims were impacted by the ban. 0.04% but that beats the point. It is OK to ban a minority within a minority

Freedom to practise one's religion and dress in accordance to conservative Muslim values outside of Muslim nation is under threat.

That is 20% of the world's population living in the world. 

Islamophobia = fear, paranoid beliefs, anger and widespread hostility is expressed by majority towards the Muslim minority. 9/11 triggered the worldwide myth that Muslims are all terrorists. 

Outlaw the religion could be the next step.
