I have found that when I sit at my computer more and am outside less I tend to need less sleep. This website offers some great tips on how to sleep well. Think I will try the hot bath one... I've also noticed my hair is getting thinner and am wondering if anybody else is noticing the same. I am not that old and my dad still has a full head of hair. I am wondering if it has anything to do with long hours of gaming? I found a website with a variety of videos on thinning hair that has been very helpful and thought I would share. Would love to know if this hair problem is computer related though. Not sure what I'll do if it is... |
I noticed my hair thinning since two years and didn't know the cure. But recently, I researched about "Molasses" and it is very healthy food (it's a liquid thing made from sugar cane - very healthy). It contains many vital minerals and a daily glass of warm milk with a spoon of molasses in it is a good cure. I've been having this stuff for the past two months, and now I hardly have asthma and my hair is getting thicker every day.
Try it out.
