it means depending on the level there will be color variations...you won't see rainbows in an arctic setting

They probably added color added already. I think by "WILL" they were referring to when it releases. 

My biggest WOW of the clip was when he was talking about how ND did a great job on how to give a game that cinematic feeling and how to re-think your storytelling. Killzone 3 graphics and explosives, with Uncharted 2 storytelling! OMG! ;D

You can play tactical if you wan't...personally, I'd charge at a few ghast just to see the new melee system.

Looks great. I didn't love KZ2 but I'll give the series another chance since it looks this great.

The one thing I really wish they would add is offline splitscreen battles against bots like they had in Killzone 1. That was so much fun.
