Just chiming in to say that Valve just gave me some games games for free.
8 or so years ago I bought the valve box set that included HL1, Opposing Force, Counter-Strike, Team Force Classic among other.
I added it to my steam account, and to my delight I noticed that valve gave me Blue Shift and Day of Defeat. Which never came with the box set!
So if anyone has the box set and hasn't added it to their steam account then I would suggest you do so because you'll get some free games.
