I will make this quick, short but not sweet.

Remember all those threads before the release of Alan Wake and Heavy Rain where it seemed that everyone favored Alan Wake. I don't think I saw a single person other than CGI claim that Heavy Rain would outsell Alan Wake.

Now here we are in the present where if you only consider the first 6 weeks of sales, Heavy Rain destroyed Alan Wake 2:1.

I wasn't expecting such high Heavy Rain sales because the game looked to niche.. but I expected more of Alan Wake (although I am sure everyone was)
