Shadow Complex is probably the most bang for your buck there, particularly if you like Super Metroid. If you prefer platformers, I recommend 'Splosion Man. You can always download the trials and see what you like better.

I haven't played TMNT, and I wouldn't recommend Trials HD because the difficulty level skyrockets to ridiculousness in the second half of the game.
