I think thats a failure if u have to stand up to navigate the menus or watching movies. It also kinda takes a way from the immersion that you would get when playing a game like Forza, because driving while standing up is unheard of.

Thats wrong, IGN already wrote another article to clear that up, Kinect is completely functional sitting down.
Not to mention I've seen people using Kinect sitting down well before E3 so I have no idea how that misconception even started.
