Many people have called 2010 the year of xbox 360. Well in 2010 so far xbox 360 had alan wake and Splinter cell. The 360 so far has had Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake and Splinter Cell. The only good game was Mass Effect 2 though, but they still have Ninety-Nine Nights 2, Crackdown 2, Halo and Fable 3 (The only two I care about there are Ninety-Nine Nights 2 and Halo it any at all). Microsoft will end the year of 2010 very well, but 2011 will be extremely rough. Sony will have massive world response though when GT5 hits. Sony has LBP2, Socom 4 and GT5, DC Universe still left so yes Microsoft had the stronger year. Sony will still sell more PS3's though. 2011 belongs to Sony in the end.

Actually, Alan Wake and Splinter Cell are both good games.

That's your opinion not his, if he dislikes those games he is entitled to think so.

Its not, but by saying: "actually are good games" it sounded like you state it as fact. But thats my mistake, i guess it meant actually i think they are good games. Carry on nothing to see here :P

to be honest, Xbox 360 has not had the best exclusives (since 2008 IMO) or sales (since 2005 lol)

PS3 and Wii are really growing ahead and to make this year a good one for Xbox 360 it needs a 50$ price cut to 150$.. that is the only way..

games wise it will have a good year but it's not as good as the other consoles but it is in the same league..

year of the 360 has only happened in its first year when it was the only one on the market.. Wii owned every console ever since then and PS3 has been picking up in quality games since 2008..

2010 is definitely year of 360, wii is very close and ps3 i would say is dead last even including handhelds.

does ps3 have anything for the rest of this year except:

- Littlebigplanet 2 that looks like it should be budget title simillar to Super Street Fighter 4,

- Gran Turismo 5 which was already revealed to be a lousy port(considering it's been in the works for 6 years) of Gran Turismo 4 with additional 50-60 car models and 140-150 liveries for them that are counted as diferent cars,

- Socom 4 that looks exactly like Gears of War, but in modern times,

- Move with very crappy wii ripoffs and few old rehashed ps3 games with move support,

even for the first half of 2010 there wasn't anything good on ps3 except God of War 3(if you're fan of those type of adventure games) and that game already was a delayed 2009 title.

360 had great year so far. Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, Metro 2033 plus upcoming Halo Reach, Dance Central, Fable 3, Crackdown 2, Death to Spies 3, Gray Matter and crapload of great xbox live games.
