Ha so they aren't phasing out the arcade like so many people were adamant about.

Well there goes another argument down the drain...but people will always find more things to overplay and bitch about.

There is small mistake in article. Normal retail price for Arcade in EU is 179€ already. Interesting news still of course.

So the Arcade Kinect bundle prices are looking right. 

Elite Kinect bundle $399 $100 more than Elite normal.

And an Arcde sku maybe 120gb HDD like PS3? for $199.

M$ have nailed it. And Gamestop were right.

Gamestop have done nothing but predict.

After Microsoft's recent comments, I firmly believe Kinect is $99, Arcade slim = $199. With 2 years passed, and the new slim cutting costs, and no wifi and a 120gig won't be in this model, maybe 20gig, Arcade will drop to $149. Hence why we havn't seen the slim Arcade launch yet, they want to make an impact.

Maybe. but dropping the 250 HDD in half to 120 would allow M$ to do new 360 Arcade for $199. And keep Wifi. Or maybe put normal Wifi in instead of the rediculously fast one that is in Elite.

Here in the UK a Kinect $299 price bundle would be £199. The Wii is around the same price without buying extra controllers etc. Perfect pricepoint to get casuals.

I saw something about that when they were talking about Kinect, I forget exactly where I saw it but they showed two future bundles with Kinect. One was the 360 slim arcade with kinect for $300 and the other was the 360 slim elite with kinect for $400. So I'm guessing the base line prices for the slim arcade and elite will be $200 and $300, the same as what is being offered with the current sku's.
