And greenberg has said they havn't even decided ona  price yet and all retail prices are speculated.

It's obvious you really want to believe it's priced mega high though ..

Name one product that has been priced on these big retailers websites that didn't turn out to be right.

They base their prices of what they know from the manufacturers.

149 for Kinect alone, 299 w/ new arcade, or 399 w/ new elite.

Makes perfect since as base price is consistent with high end pc cameras and bundled saves you $50.

lol, I'm not indenial about anything, so many prices have been thrown around, by all sorts of "reliable sources" fact of the matter is I don't think Greenberg is bullshitting.

And just to finish, $149 standalone and $299 with arcade is fine with me .. so I have nothing to be "in denial" about.

like i stated before Mikey PAC stated he heard that the rumor was $149.99

which other retailer's are also stating not just him. on top of that it does go inline priced what a 3D canera would go for. Since even some Web Camera's can go higher than $129.00

I would not bet that this is not too far off the ball park.

remember this has servo's in it for tracking not just by hand. this is more like one of those expensive security cam's. I know because i install them and those can range upward's in the the $500.00 per cam with the cheap one's still being $89.00 to $200.00

that camera is not cheap, and if Microsoft did go cheap on it they would be taking a hit on every KINECT SOLD.

So going by sonys prices for the move and what everyone is expecting for kinect, considering the move prices arent that different country to country, people need to stop whining about the possible price of the kinect system. and lets not forget ladies and gentleman, no controllers for kinect needed for a second person on the move on the other hand...
