I have a quick question about downloading games on the PS3 through PSN. I see that you can download some psp games, my question is can those games only be played on PSPs or can you play those games on the PS3 also?

So like if you don't have a psp but you have a ps3 you can still play some of the great psp games on your ps3. 

Just something I have been wondering about.

I'm assuming that you need a psp to play these games but it would be nice to know.

PSP games are not playable on PS3

but if any game is made for both PS3 and PSP then it can be played

the PS3 version is more detailed and better quality

and you will have to purchase them separately

I guess that sounds about right...

I just thought the PS3 might be able to play downloaded psp games since it can play them if you hook your psp up to the ps3 and you can use the ps3 controller.

you can play PSP games on TV by component cable though
