Interesting, you can now use a real guitar. I wonder if you actually play it or it fakes the notes.



Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.

I am probably going to buy this... I already play keyboard and guitar so this is a no-brainer for me.  I want to learn the drums and they finally have a more realistic drum set.

I just wonder how much it will cost.  It sounds like it will be at least $200-250 for a full set.  My main regret is that it won't have an option to input other MIDI keyboards and that it doesn't have a real guitar.

I would love to be able to plug my Roland into this game.

I'll get the game and the keyboard day 1 (I'm trying to learn to play a bit and this looks like an excellent and fun way to do that). I'll probably add one of the guitars and the drum set later, like 1 or 2 years later ;)

I just read (on a german site), that there will be an adapter for MIDI-instruments for $40 !!

A Squier Strat normally cost a couple hundred dollars.

Not sure if I'll pick this up, I kind of want actual notation for the music.

Pricing is an issue, but if there's a keyboard adapter in the works, and a guitar one as well, it might be doable. We shall see, definitely on my radar for now.
