imo its typical barb wire armband tribal whatever, overpaleyed by the wannabies.  As bad as a tramp stamp on a chicks back.

@Hus - The design was custom, so it's technically original.  I added the symbols in to portray my own meaning.

It's supposed to represent giving an appearance of strength on the outside, but always having to rely on faith and trust on the inside.  I wanted something sorta religious but not overdone like a crown of thorns or a cross.  This way only I know what my tattoo stands for unless someone asks and I tell them (or they can read Japanese).

I agree tribal armband tattoos are very common, but I like the look and there is nothing wrong with NOT doing something original.
