anyway, heres my thoughts on the games I watched:

England badly need a good keeper can't believe we gifted the yanks that goal

Germany look very good, they easily beat Australlia

Ghana beating Serbia was a nice suprise.

Japan beat Cameroon earlier in a very dull game. (at least the first half was, thats all I saw)

Holland have a good side, but don't quite seem to be at 100% based on todays game.

Italy V Paraguay on soon, should be interesting to see how the holders do.

My saying in bold.

Time to see the world champions. Go Paraguay!!! Beat them and humiliate them!!!

Anyone else noticed how at every single games there have been English flags.

More than is allowed back home.

don't talk bull, there are flags everywhere here, I believe they were isolated incidents because some idiots wrote offensive messages on theres and used them to promote the EDL and what not.

the suggestion that there is a big problem with them either being shown or banned is media overhyped nonsense.

Unless the bull coment was about the flags at home and I guarrantee you thats not bull outside of the world cup.

It is a lot better recently but only recently. I was shocked when I seen one on the local castle. First time i'd seen that in 7 years. usually it's just the British flag.

I'm really happy of the respect and brotherhood spirit I´ve seen so far in the stadiums. I treasure the moment, after Argentina and Nigeria's match, when two supporters trade their national shirts. And that was not an isolated action.

Havent heard about much trouble at the events so that is excellent news.

Good to see the real spirit of Football.
