I picked none of them and here's why:

Sony: blah blah blah 3D gaming!!! blah blah blah Playstation move!!!

MS: blah blah blah NATAL!!!! blah blah blah

Wii: blah blah blah OUR MOTION CONTROLS ARE BETTER THAN SONY/MS blah blah blah

okay I'm being really pessismistic.

I think Sony could win the show if they show GT5, Agent, Last Guardian, etc. and announce PSP2. Microsoft could win if they show a 360 slim, halo reach and gears 3. Wii could win if they show Legend of Zelda, 3DS, and maybe new colours for wii (or maybe a Wii HD??!! hahaha jokes)

Personally I thought Microsoft stole the show at E3 in 2008,but last year...Sony really got in there.I imagine this year Sony will probably walk away with the most buzz in the gaming world,Nintendo will walk away with the most press coverage and Microsft will have a bit of both,but nothing major on either front,except from fanboys who have got project natal tattoo'd on their back and go around in Master Cheif armour.They will probably say Microsoft are planning to announce sending 360's to Mars.

Though...Microsoft have two showings...so hmm...personally I think they rely too much on Natal though,Sony is doing the smart thing and putting a ouple of innovations out there,a motion controller that combines the best of both the competitors its going up and 3D gaming of course.I'm really looking forward to playing Killzone 3 with the bullets flying out at me as the surround sound blast in a dark room where the only light shown is the ominous and menacing eyes of the Helghast.In 3D...they will stare into your soul!

Plus I'm excited to see what the next Insomniac Games are going to be,the multiplatform and Playstation exclusive one...actually let me rephrase that last bit,I'm really looking forward to the announcement of Resistance 3.
