This is a bit of a weird question but anyway...

I just bought Earthbound on ebay for around 64$. But when I paid it trough paypal, I immediatly had a refund from the seller.

I then received a third email (suppose to be from paypal) telling me there was no shipping fee for canada. I had a link

on that same email to paypal website where i can pay the new price of 58$  now.

So I don't like that at all, it never happenend to me tough I bought a lot of stuff on ebay. I don't really like to click on a link and pay for something I don't really know.

Did that ever happened to you? Is this trustable??

I have no idea why it would do something like that, it doesn't really make sense. Good luck though, never happened to me.

I only buy stuff from Amazon. I only use ebay to see the value of used games

Also, the seller only have positive feedbacks. Maybe I'm a bit too paranoid. The process just seems odd to me...
