Pretty bad. I loved the first one, the second one has no real story to talk about, no character development, and the villain was absolutely lame...

There were a few funny moments and that's about the best I can say about it.

I kind of went in with mediocre expectations (even though I really liked the first one) and I'd say my expectations were met.

I'd give it a 7/10. It wasn't bad by any means but it certainly wasn't as good as the first one.

It had a terrific beginning,by building Tony's and Whiplash's characters. Leading to the epic confrontation in Paris. From there on it went downhill. The sound especially during the battle in the city became obnoxious by that point I wanted to leave.
