I agree with the first statement (although horror games are rarely my cup of tea, personally).

Sexuality is rarely used beyond attempts to attract young, male gamers... and while this is certainly used for that purpose to some extent, it is also used to be unsettling. Large breasts aren't just "hot," they're also a symbol of youth, health, and ripeness; the contrast between that ripeness and the horrible decay of the face is deliberate and offputting.

In other words, it is horrifying. 

The first thing that I saw was the exclusive shot thing :P, then I saw the nurse, then the other pics.... I would imagine a girl saying (am joking please don't flame me or anything) "How could a monster/undead have those breasts and I don't? "
