Divinity 2.

I've heard some bad buzz about the grinding and stuff like that, but it's the best skill-based (as in not determined by a roll of a die like Dragon Age or Morrowind) mediveal fantasy RPG that I've ever played.

Played it at my friends house on his 360. Gonna pick up the PC version eventually.

Lost Odyssey

It's my favorite JRPG this gen and I rented it from Gamefly. I played it until I finished it and sent it back. I might buy it one of these days even though I never play through games twice.
