Why? To me it seems like she's a "bad guy" who's bad because she's bad, without any real reason, she doesn't even want to achieve something that makes sense, she just tries to ruin the world, and she doesn't have a bit of the personality that Kefka has.

Bet with Dr.A.Peter.Nintendo that Super Mario Galaxy 2 won't sell 15 million copies up to six months after it's release, the winner will get Avatar control for a week and signature control for a month.

You learn about her in the last bit of the game and she's about as good as that Yu-Yevon thingy that can't even kill you in FFX.

@OP, nice to see Ganondorf and Donkey Kong get some recognition, but Kefka is a million times more iconic, evil, and believable as a character than Sephiroth and his emo mommy complex that wastes a whole plot. Kratos and Sephiroth should hug it out and get over it already.

I would've put Wario over Bowser, and put them both a little lower on the list, to make room for the Dark Queen and the Overmind.
