3D beat em ups have never really appealed to me because they have never been as good as there 2D counter parts.. STREETS OF RAGE series is my all time favorite beat em up and nothing has really touched it.

no its a Sanbox game you do these activities, mini games and have a lot of RPG elements also there is currency and all the stuff you'd expect from a sandbox game...

Stop being a noob! Sandbox is NOT a genre!!! you can make a sandbox anything!! Shooters, racers, action exc... you cant make a Rpg anything but a Rpg or platform anything but a Platformer... mini games!? so fuckin what.. RPG have minigames too are they sandbox? my gawd just stop... im not in the mood to get banned again. Yakuza is a 3D beat em up get over it! I dint believe im arguing this!

Yakuza is an action RPG (or action-adventure, whatever you prefer) series. Just like Shenmue was.
