10 or 20 per year is fine with me if they did decide to start charging. But Microsofts 50 per year just isn't worth it.

Maybe to you, but if the Xbox 360 is your only/most used console and you use all of Xbox Live's features, I think it is.

well atleast the are working on it.

Since this site seems to have ALOT of ps3 fans...would you'll pay for PSN on the XBL model? I really expected Sony to post better results this quarter and fiscal year, given the launch of slim and THREE highly anticipated exclusive titles, DEVELOPED and PUBLISHED by Sony...the Halo quarter is going to be crazy for M$, as are the Mario quarters for Nintendo...wow to these results.

I am also a little shocked. I thought for sure sony was going to profit especially with god of war 3.

Put PS2 games on PSN in HD that should help a little.

The surveys they did so far had like a minimum of $70-80 per year for the Sony premium service options...

Did you actually take a survey or are you just talking about the one screenshot of the survey that was passed around? Because I actually took one.

It displayed a table with with a different set of features checked in each column and asked if you would pay a XX amount of dollars for a yearly or monthly subscription in each column. After you chose if/what you were willing to pay, it repeated the process again by having you go through a total of like 5 tables where each column had different features selected and different prices.

Some of the columns had a lot of the features selected and asked if you would be willing to pay $70-80 a year and others had a lot of features selected and only asked if you would be willing to pay $20-30 a year.

My opinion, I would not want to pay to play games online on Xbox Live, PSN, or on the Wii. If Sony starts charging for PSN, I'd at least hope enough people chose to only want to pay $20-30 a year for it.
