I was the same way last year but I realized it doesn't get you anywhere in life so I changed my ways.

Oh, actually, my parents always told me that if I wasn't a straight A student that I was a failure at life and would end-up in juvenille hall for being a failure.

I always felt they hated me so I kind of stopped loving them and learned to loathe them. ;

I loathe my parents because they always instilled that on me.

So now, whenever I fail at ANYTHING, be it even the smallest, tiniest, most pointless thing. I essentially feel like a complete failure at everything I do and recall all my failures throughout life in vivid detail.

I've come to understand that I probably don't even want to be a human anymore. Robots seem nicer and more proficient at their assignments. There is no stigma with robots in real life.

So... it's your parent's fault now?

Your problem is an irrational fear of failure that you're trying to rationalize by exaggerating your stories of your parents.

And no, I'm not blaming my parents. I simply said I loathed them and learned to fear and despise failure.
