Actually I would not get a computer Shooter if I were you. You to play shooters on your PS3, so it'd be better to get used to Dual shock for FPS then to play a computer FPS and ruin it for you. Once you go mouse and keyboard it's real hard to go back.

Or maybe Morrowind for his Xbox. Must be pretty cheap.
For the PC, you could try System Shock 2 or No-one Lives Forever. But as Kasz said, you might get used to mouse+keyboard and never want to downgrade to dual analog...
