Forums - Gaming - The Gaming Resume Thread

Excuse me if this thread has been made. Just lock it if so. This is a thread I made on another site and it was well received.

Im just gonna write up a resume for myself based on my gaming habits. If you decide to make one, you dont have to include everything I did. It could be fun, and it will let people know more about you on a gaming level. Im just gonna add anything I think someone might need to know when examining your gaming cred.

Gaming Resume

Name: JerzeeBalla
Age: 28
Experience: 22 years
Intro To Gaming: Ms. Pac Man (Atari)
Systems Currently Owned: PS3, 360, Wii, PS2 (Friend has it)
Strongest Genre: RPG. Been playing them ever since the very first Final Fantasy. I had no idea what to do on the first for NES, but when we got the US part 2 on SNES, I beat it and never looked back.
Weakest Genre: FPS. Only ones I really played before this gen was Goldeneye and Perfect Dark. Stopped playing them until Resistance. This gen has made me a fan, but I have work to do to be as good as some of the people I play with.
All Time Fav System: SNES
Current Fav System: PS3
Favorite Game: Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy 7 (It changes depending on when you ask.)

Code Check (What codes do you know off top?)

Accomplishments (Gaming moments you are proud of.)

Beating Culex in Super Mario RPG
Beating Ruby and Emerald Weapon in FF7
Spanking Sephiroth in both Kingdom Hearts Games (He was dumb hard in the first.)
Beating Contra on NES without dying once
Beating Contra 3 on Hard
Winning my first Blockbuster tournament at 12 (Donkey Kong Country/Clayfighter)
Winning a 32 man Season in Madden 03 worth 640 dollars (20 a head, winner take all. I used my Dolphins, yes sir.)

Other Notes

I'm built for team play. Not the strongest individually, but I can play an assigned role to perfection.
Dangerous when 100% focused, but that rarely happens.
Strong at RPG's and action games.
Known to snipe in all shooters (I have gotten better with each new one I play.)
Not too fond of racing games (Burnout is the exception.)
I can be talked out of my game, depending on what I'm playing. This has backfired on opponents before though.
Not too great at 3D fighters.
Great at 2D fighters.
Puzzle game fanatic.

All in all, I'm a well rounded gamer. I play almost every type of game out there, and I'm above average at the majority of them. I do tend to take on more games than I can handle at once, but I'm greedy. If I had to grade my gaming skill including all genres, I would give myself about a 80-85. With some training in 3D fighters and FPS, my two most obvious deficiencies would be remedied and my score would improve. I'm a worthwhile addition to any team environment.

I am a gamer. Not a fanboy, not a troll, a gamer. So when you dont like what I have to say, remember this fact.
