Right, in 2008 PS3 will do so bad that Sony will just retire the system and give all PS3's users a 360 Arcade...

Keep dreaming dude, 2008 will see the PS3 sell more than the 360. My optimistic forward looking estimate is that the gap between the PS3 and 360 will shrink down to 3-4M.

ye know how xbots have the PS3 domination will start in their sig with games crossed out

I think Sony has come to the relization that if they don't move 3.5 mill. to 4 mill. units by the end of this year in NA they might either be done or the next Gamecube. Remember the Cube had alot of great titles to. It's going to take alot more then One Big Release to move more systems then they are right now on a more permanant basis. So technically the rest of this year and 08 might determine their fate in one fashion or another.



Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

Why should a franchise that sold in the 3 million range help a console if franchises like Super Mario, Mario Kart or Smash Brothers that all sold in the 5 to 10 million range didn't help the Gamecube?

 Seriously, system sellers do not exist. A console needs a lot of them, and two is not a lot.

 The chance for Sony, however, is its strenght in europe or Microsofts weakness. If MS is not able to get higher sales in europe, Sony will be able to beat them in two out of three markets.

 I don't see it that the PS3 will ever catch up to the Wii anymore, though.
