For me it would be GTA 5 exclusivity deal and and FFv13 gameplay. Maybe the GTA 5 exclusivity is a little far fetched but it would be killer if sony does that.

But seriously Resistance 3, The Last Gaurdian, Infamous 2, Twisted metal, The Getaway 3, Eight Days, Ucharted 3, Killzone 3, Littlebig 2, Gt5 Date/Hands on, Agent, Dc universe, Great Move titles, Great 3d titles, and Kevin hosting. This would win hands down. I know some are nowhere near done or just rumors but show us something from them.

The first two are what i really wanting to see, but the rest are like gold icing on the cake.

lol I want ps move to have a killer app, and the foolowing games I want to be shown the most Last Guardian, FF Vs XIII, Killzone 3, Infamous 2, GT5 Hands on, a quick visit from KB would be nice just for a chuckle or two.

For me:

GT5 release date. The Last Guardian release date, Agent gameplay and release date, Versus gameplay and release period, Move games that i'm interested in, some new first party games (Uncharted 3 would've stole the show for me, but I believe that Sony will show it in E3 2011), some new 3rd party games.
