I don't hate PSP. I just hate handheld gaming in general. Well except maybe for Tetris. No matter how good PW is on PSP I know I wouldn't enjoy it because I don't like playing handheld games, especially action games.
It's a shame that so many good games are only on PSP and not on PSP and PS3. I really hope the rumoured PS3 FW update making all PSP games playable on PS3 happens, that way I could get to play Chains of Olympus, VC2, Peace Walker, Daxter, Size Matters and plenty of others besides.
What am I thinking!?! there are too many excellent PS3 games as it is, if PSP games get added to the list of games playable on PS3 it just makes the list of games I'd love to play but never will grow that much longer...I guess it doesn't matter if they never make it to PS3 after all.

Well, I guess I can see why you would say that, but it wasn't my intent. Convoluted story and lack of enough gameplay are pretty common complaints for MGS4, so I didn't really think I was being that controversial. I really wanted more gameplay in 4, because I love MGS, so I was disappointed. Now I'm excited for this because it has more gameplay. And no, it won't be a 10/10 game, because the perfect game doesn't exist.

The game got multiple game of the year awards, it's rated 94 on metacritic - which makes it one of the highest rated gamed ever - and it sold 5 million copies, so we can definitely say a lot of people were happy about the gameplay.
All handheld games just feel watered down to me. I would much rather be playing a better looking game on a 10 times bigger screen. This may be the first time I've considered getting a PSP though. Damn you kojima!
