I read the studio was done with the canceled project. Some of them might be working for 343 industries now.

afaik huaxiong is correct, they do claim to be working on a secret project different from the cancelled Halo one.

Just a quick note, but XBLA Productions used to be Carbonated Games (of Hexic HD/2, Aegis Wing, and Uno fame). Also, Microsoft had literally nothing to do with the formation of feelplus, besides shutting down their Tokyo R&D teams (whose staff then mostly went there then).
