The Bungie/Activision deal was a complete surprise to most of us. Many of us were thinking, "look what happened to IW, Bungie why would you want to partner up with that company?" But now that I think of it, it was probably Bungie's deal with activision that made the IW heads all grouchy about their relation with Activision. You see, Bungie has a really really great contract with Activision. One that IW wish they had. Unlike IW, Bungie is allowed to keep full control of their IP. The IW heads were probably getting all mad because they felt that they also deserved as much freedom that Bungie was going to get. What do you guys think?

Is IW owned by activision?

I don't know the details, or were they just a third party with activision as an exclusive publisher?

Yeah IW deserved better.
