Just to let you guys know as well, in 1938 Adolf Hilter was time's number one most in influential person in the world...

Was he influential? Yes. Is it necessarily good to be influential? No.

Not that I'm trying to draw a comparison between
Lady Gaga and Adolf Hitler.

Even Hilter wouldn't want to be compared to him.

I understand why he's the number 1. But Cameron in the last year was far more inflencial. Just look at how much Avatars 3d release has changed the box office landscape with the huge push towards 3d cinematic realeases it caused. Plus Avatar was the biggest grossing film of all time (excluding inflation of course) which is something Lady Gagas albums aren't even close to achieving in her medium.

What a joke

She'll be forgotten, just like the Backstreet Boys, Spice Girls, Westlife, Hanson etc.

Pop phenomenons are oh so often based on short lived fads because the artists have so little actual talent.

i couldnt say it any better

even thou i do like a few of her tunes i just dont see whats all the fuzz about gaga

i liked her more when she 1st started 3 years ago (thanks to perez hilton) she was more unique but now shes just toooooo over the top and seems like her imagination is running over hills

she will be GAGA WHO? pretty soon

btw her concert sucked balls

hmm, most influential transvestite maybe, but even that would be a stretch.

What has Lady Gaga done that has had a positive impact on society outside of making money and writing club songs?

(artists should be measured on their work, and her art is not substantive at all).

American Art and Music is dead.
